Ripp ‘n’ Flow Sack

The Ripp ‘n’ Flow easy open sack was developed to provide a safe and hygienic solution to handling materials.

Traditionally, all ingredients packed into either paper or polythene sacks have required a knife to open the top, prior to pouring the product into the mixer. Our customer’s two main concerns were firstly, they had to use a knife and secondly, they had to slash the bag open which was producing foreign body contaminants such as paper, string and polythene, which would finish up in the product.

Ripp N Flow can be used for a wide variety of product such as egg powder, breadcrumb, batter, spices, pasta, biscuit crumb, flavourings, dehydrated vegetables, whey and lactose powder.
