NPP began in 1984 and was initially run by its two founders from a bedroom in Lucan, Co. Dublin. Today, we are a team of over 70 and our home is a custom build premises in Vantage Park, Dublin.
Where we are today is the result of the vision created by our leaders, our people, our culture and our passion for continuous growth and development. But we aren’t finished yet, we have ambitious plans and you can be part of our next chapter.

Annual Leave
Taking time off and spending it however you wish is crucial for your physical and mental well-being. Time off helps you relax and catch up with things that are important to you. At NPP, we provide up to 21 days paid annual leave each year plus 9 statutory days.

Educational Support

Every year the company runs a number of social events to bring all the team together to connect in a fun and relaxed environment. Over the years we have had some fantastic events such as summer BBQ’s, ziplining, quiz nights, and treasure hunts.
Bike to Work Scheme
The Bike to Work Scheme enables NPP to support employees in purchasing a bicycle up to a maximum of €1,250. As this is not liable for benefit in kind and is exempt from tax, employees PRSI and any income levies it provides a potential saving to our employees.
